Well, since nostrovia is Russian, not English, are you asking to translate it to English?  It means Cheers.  Loosely anyway.  It's a drinking toast.

Nostrovia is English, originated from Russian Na Zdorovie.. Nostrovia is usually used as "To your Health" or "Let's Drink", however, Na Zdorovie means "You're Welcome".

Commonly words like this Originate from other foreign words and then are somehow miss pronounced and miss defined into being.

It is a toast to one's good health.  This is mostly heard many times during Polish, Czech, Slovak Wedding Receptions but can and is oftentimes heard during any meal when everyone Is in good cheer - especially after hearing any Good News! (announced wedding, pregnancy, graduation, etc.)

Literally, it means "to health." It's better transliterated as Na zdrovyeh
